2009-06-15 《在囚人士投票條例草案》 委員會審議階段 由吳靄儀議員動議的修正案 條次 建議修正案 5(1) 刪去建議的第28（1B）（b）條而代以 － “（b）如無法確立而使選舉登記主任信納某地址為該人曾居住的並屬該人唯一或主要家居的在香港的最後居住地方 ─ （i） 指根據《人事登記規例》(第177 章，附屬法例A) 第4(1)(b) 或18(1) 條提供及根據該規例最後記錄的該人的居住地址；或 （ii） （如該人正因服刑而受終身監禁）指其服刑監獄的地址。”。 VOTING BY IMPRISONED PERSONS BILL COMMITTEE STAGE Amendments to be moved by the Honourable Margaret NG Clause Amendment Proposed 5(1) By deleting the proposed section 28(1B)(b) and substituting - “(b) if no address is established to the satisfaction of the Electoral Registration Officer to be the last dwelling-place in Hong Kong at which the person resided and which constituted the person’s sole or main home- (i) the residential address of the person furnished under regulation 4(1)(b) or 18(1) of the Registration of Persons Regulations (Cap. 177 sub. leg. A) and last recorded under those Regulations; or (ii) where a person is serving a sentence of life imprisonment, the address of the prison in which the person is serving his sentence.” |
